Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in New York is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repairs from intake to delivery. You will document assessments, communicate with customers and insurance companies, and align with the team to achieve KPIs.

Focus on providing exceptional customer experience, following insurance program requirements, and participating in daily production walks and safety meetings. Some travel or training may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing accurate customer-facing communications.
• Ability to follow insurance processes and DRP requirements.
• Willingness to participate in training and safety meetings.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
