Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies.

The role requires a Michigan Mechanics License, high school diploma or equivalent, and I-CAR training. Candidates should be capable with basic computer skills and hold a valid driver’s license. Join a team focused on integrity, safety, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have Michigan Mechanics License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• I-CAR Training preferred/required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Communicate customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and assist as needed.
• Uphold WOW Operating Way standards for customer drop-offs, planning, and communication.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
