Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately estimating vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process to ensure satisfaction and timely updates.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related experience, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate vehicle damage estimates and document required repairs.
• Coordinate repair needs with customers and insurers throughout the process.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, insurers, and team members.
• Document interactions and ensure KPI alignment with production goals.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
