Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Beaver Dam, WI, is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate repair needs with customers and insurers. You will document all steps, communicate clearly, and ensure adherence to DRP and WOW standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. Prior DRP experience and I-CAR training are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Familiarity with DRP processes and procedures.
• I-CAR training or equivalent automotive repair knowledge preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while coordinating repair needs and estimating parts.
• Document and communicate repair plans and costs to customers and insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, DRP requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings to meet KPIs.
• Assist team members and participate in ongoing training as required.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
