Job summary

Motocruit is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to own the customer and insurance relationship within our established collision repair shop in Newburyport, MA. You will guide the damage assessment, coordinate with insurers, and drive the repair process from intake to completion.

Ideal candidates hold a MA Auto Damage Appraiser License (or ability to obtain one), possess strong communication skills, and excel in a fast-paced, family-like environment with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License or ability to obtain one.
• Shop will support licensing if needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence working directly with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple repairs and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers, photograph vehicle damage, and walk vehicles with them.
• Perform pre repair and post repair scans.
• Communicate and work with insurance partners, including a Direct Repair Program.
• Manage customer and insurance communication throughout the repair process.
• Partner closely with the production team to keep repairs moving efficiently.

They are looking for an experienced Collision Estimator who can take ownership of the customer and insurance relationship while becoming a long term part of the team.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with customers, photograph vehicle damage, and walk vehicles with them
• Perform pre repair and post repair scans
• Communicate and work with insurance partners, including a Direct Repair Program
• Manage customer and insurance communication throughout the repair process
• Partner closely with the production team to keep repairs moving efficiently

What You’ll Bring
