Job summary

Driven Brands Inc. is seeking a President of the Collision segment to lead a dynamic, expanding business across multiple brands in North America.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of executive or senior leadership in fast-paced, growth-oriented business.
• Experience leading a franchise business or key market and building a franchise system with franchisee success as a core focus.
• Knowledge of and experience leading a large collision organization.
• Experience partnering with national and local insurance providers and understanding the insurance landscape.
• Proven ability to drive P&L and deliver results.
• Strong record of growing and mentoring talent.
• Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and leverage data in decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial vision with ability to drive growth and strategic change.
