AutoNation is seeking a Regional Collision Director to oversee collision operations across the market, reporting to the Market President. The role drives financial performance, staffing, insurer relations, and customer satisfaction, coordinating with leadership to execute regional strategies.

Qualified candidates typically have 4+ years in collision repair management (dealerships preferred), with P/L exposure, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum >4 years of collision repair management experience (Dealership experience preferred).
• Prior managerial accounting & P/L responsibility.
• Residence in primary region of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all collision centers in the market.
• Lead, mentor, and develop collision center managers and staff.
• Monitor financial performance and implement action plans.
• Ensure adherence to OEM certifications, DRP agreements, and local/state regulations.
• Analyze KPIs, data and customer feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, and Training for staffing and compliance.
• Lead regional meetings and performance reviews.
• Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and improvements.
• Interact with business unit via in-store visits and written correspondence.
