Job summary

DRiV Incorporated in North America is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Collision to own the growth strategy for the collision market. You will lead cross-functional efforts across product, supply chain, content, distribution, and customer development to accelerate revenue and market share.

Reporting to the Vice President of Product & Content, this role requires 5–10+ years in automotive aftermarket, strong data and financial acumen, and travel ~20% across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in automotive aftermarket product management or related.
• Collision aftermarket experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of products, distribution, and customer dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and growth plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute North American Collision growth strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and prioritize coverage and NPI.
• Own the Collision product roadmap and portfolio gaps.
• Build relationships with distributors, MSOs, repair networks.
• Partner with Sales for customer strategies and launches.
• Ensure supply-chain readiness: inventory, forecast, lead times.
• Collaborate on product data, attributes, pricing, and content.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
• Develop financial models and ROI analyses.
• Lead cross-functional teams and track KPIs.
