Job summary

AutoNation Collision Center is seeking a Collision Concierge to greet customers, discuss repair options on the service drive or in the sales department, document repair needs and estimated costs, and coordinate with the collision center to ensure smooth service.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience, building rapport for referrals, maintaining compliance with state and federal laws, and partnering with team members on daily planning and release meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and discussing repair options on the service drive or in the sales department.
• Documenting customer repair needs and estimated costs.
• Seeking customer approval for needed repairs.
• Updating customers and internal Associates regarding repair status of vehicles while coordinating with the collision center.
• Understanding basic parameters of collision repair and insurance programs (e.g., DRP and non-DRP).
• Working with other Associates on daily planning and release meetings.
• Processing transactions and ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Following up with customers to ensure we have met their expectations.
• Building rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
