Job summary

AutoNation seeks a Collision Concierge in Las Vegas to greet customers, discuss repair options, and coordinate collision center services. You will document needs, obtain approvals, and update customers on repair status while ensuring compliance with DRP and non-DRP programs.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, plus a drive to deliver exceptional service and build a referral-based customer base. A valid in-state driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid in-state driver's license with an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and discussing repair options on the service drive or in the sales department.
• Documenting customer repair needs and estimated costs.
• Seeking customer approval for needed repairs.
• Updating customers and internal Associates regarding repair status of vehicles while working in partnership with the collision center.
• Understanding basic parameters of collision repair and insurance programs (e.g., DRP and non-DRP).
• Working with other Associates on daily planning and release meetings.
• Processing transactions and ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Following up with customers to ensure we have met their expectations.
• Building rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
• Ensuring that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policies.
• Providing exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
