Group 1 Honda Greenbelt, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a professional, organized Receptionist for our Collision Center in Greenbelt. You will be the first contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while supporting daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

We value dependable, detail-oriented individuals who communicate well, maintain accurate records, and thrive in a team setting. High school diploma required; dealership experience is a plus.

Formación

• Prior experience in a dealership or collision center is preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages.
• Provide customers with updates and direct questions to the appropriate collision center personnel.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in dealership systems.
• Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
