Job summary

Finnegan Auto Group is seeking a Collision Repair Operations Manager to oversee daily collision repair facility operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety. You will lead a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff, coordinating production workflow and schedules while maintaining strong relationships with insurers and customers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in collision repair management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collision repair management or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the collision repair facility
• Manage production workflow, scheduling, and job assignments
• Ensure quality control on all repairs and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of technicians, estimators, and support staff
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance, making improvements where needed
• Handle customer issues with professionalism and care
