Job summary

Finnegan Auto Group seeks a Collision Repair Operations Manager to oversee daily workflow in our collision center, lead technicians and estimators, and ensure timely, high-quality repairs.

You will manage production scheduling, monitor KPIs and safety, maintain relationships with insurance partners and customers, and drive revenue through strong leadership and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collision repair management or equivalent.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software; strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the collision repair facility.
• Manage production workflow, scheduling, and job assignments.
• Ensure quality control on repairs and safety standards.
• Maintain relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of technicians, estimators, and staff.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance and drive improvements.
• Handle customer issues with professionalism and care.
