Job summary

Finnegan Auto Group in Rosenberg, TX, is seeking a Collision Repair Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, manage production workflow, scheduling, and job assignments.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in collision repair management, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with estimating software. A customer‑service mindset and ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collision repair management or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the collision repair facility
• Manage production workflow, scheduling, and job assignments
• Ensure quality control on all repairs and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of technicians, estimators, and support staff
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance, making improvements where needed
• Handle customer issues with professionalism and care
