Job summary

Finnegan Auto Group seeks a collision repair operations leader to oversee daily operations of the collision repair facility, ensuring quality and safety standards while guiding a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff.

In this role you will manage production workflow, scheduling, and KPIs, maintain relationships with insurance partners and customers, and drive improvements through strong leadership and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collision repair management or equivalent.
• Proficiency with estimating software.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the collision repair facility.
• Manage production workflow, scheduling, and job assignments.
• Ensure quality control on all repairs and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of technicians, estimators, and support staff.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance, making improvements where needed.
• Handle customer issues with professionalism and care.
