Caliber Collision Benton - Hwy 5 is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee all aspects of the service center, including production, risk management, and administration. You will recruit, develop, and retain talent while monitoring financial metrics and identifying opportunities for growth.

The role requires advanced understanding of collision estimatics, CCC1 proficiency, and strong customer service with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• Prior experience with CCC1 and repair processes.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including production, risk management, and administration.
