Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. The GM will recruit and retain talent, and review monthly financials to spot opportunities and trends, ensuring safe, thorough, and profitable repairs per SOP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center’s overall operation including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates.
• Monitor current financial performance metrics and review prior month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably per SOP and guidelines.
