Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager in Waldorf, MD to oversee all aspects of the center, including risk management, production, and administration. You will recruit and develop teammates, monitor financial performance, and drive profitable repair operations aligned with SOPs and industry standards.

The GM will ensure high-quality vehicle repairs, maintain safety, and deliver excellent customer service while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the center including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics
• Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOPs and industry standards
