Job summary

Caliber Collision Service Center Frisco is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee center operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, and production. You will recruit, recognize, and retain talent while monitoring and reviewing monthly financials to identify opportunities and trends.

You will ensure teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with Caliber SOPs, insurance partners and industry standards, while promoting exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, production, and administration.
• Recruit, develop, and retain teammates; monitor financial performance and trends.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOP and industry guidelines.
• Lead client satisfaction and teammate development with measurable metrics.
