Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager for the Fort Worth center. The role oversees the overall operation, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining staff, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing monthly metrics for opportunities and trends. The GM will ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable, in line with Caliber SOPs, insurance partners, and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ofCollision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Experience with CCC1 and repair processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, teammate development, and production
• Monitor financial performance and review monthly metrics to identify opportunities
