Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision General Manager in Benton, AR to oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, drive profitability, and develop teammates. The role includes risk management, client metrics, production, and administration to ensure standards are met.

You will recruit and retain top talent, monitor monthly financials, and identify opportunities for growth while maintaining adherence to Caliber SOPs and partner guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations to ensure safe, thorough, and profitable vehicle repairs
• Drive risk management, teammate development, and client metrics within the center
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates and monitor financial performance metrics
• Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends
• Ensure repairs comply with SOPs, insurance partners, and industry guidelines
