Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager at Beaumont North to supervise center operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.

The role includes recruiting and retaining talent, monitoring monthly financial performance, and ensuring repairs are thorough, safe and profitable in line with Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates and monitor financial performance metrics.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably per SOPs.
