Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager in Washington to oversee center operations, risk management, teammate development, production, and administration. This role also involves recruiting and retaining staff, monitoring financial metrics, and ensuring repairs are performed safely and profitably in line with SOPs and industry standards.

The salary range is $90,000–$110,000 per year, with benefits from day one, weekly pay, paid vacation and holidays, and

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Oversee the center's overall operation including risk management and administration
• Recruit, develop, and retain teammates; manage production and client metrics
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and industry guidelines
