Caliber Collision Buffalo Downtown is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

You will recruit and retain talented teammates, monitor monthly and current financial performance, and ensure repairs are performed safely, thoroughly, and profitably in line with SOPs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Proficient with CCC1 estimating and repair procedures.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair workflows.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee center operations and risk management.
• Develop and mentor teammates; drive performance.
• Monitor client metrics and financial performance; review monthly metrics.
• Ensure repairs meet SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain top talent.
