Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Collision General Manager for the Cincinnati Beechmont center to oversee operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining talent, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring safe, thorough, and profitable vehicle repairs per SOPs and industry standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, center performance, and adherence to Caliber's guidelines, with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics.
• Must have prior experience with CCC1.
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures.
• Be able to understand instructions - written and verbal.
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
