Job summary

Mobile Auto Solutions, LLC in Terrell, TX seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and daily operations efficiency. You will coach staff, manage budgets, monitor KPI targets, and maintain safety and quality standards across the facility.

Responsibilities include labor mix control, throughput planning, staff development, and monthly performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Coordinate daily production meetings and manage throughput.
• Lead and manage repair facility personnel.
• Attend safety meetings and monthly managers meetings.
