Job summary

Caliber Oviedo Center is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, risk management, client metrics, production, and administration. The role includes recruiting and retaining talent, and reviewing monthly financials to identify opportunities and trends.

The GM will ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per Caliber SOPs and industry standards while driving teammate growth and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• Prior experience with CCC1.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talent; monitor financial performance and identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOP and industry guidelines/standards.
