Energy Jobline ZR seeks a General Manager to oversee a Collision Center’s daily operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and drive KPI performance.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on operational management, and a deep understanding of vehicle repair processes. You will collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BS/BA in business, management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as Auto Body Shop Manager, General Manager or similar leadership role.
• Deep understanding of vehicle repair processes, from mechanical to cosmetic.
• Strong customer service with a track record of excellence.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasting and expenses to meet profitability goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Collision Center with focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets; forecast sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and monthly performance reviews; coach staff for continuous improvement.
• Monitor A/P and A/R; ensure accurate financial management.
• Maintain clean, safe facility; oversee shop equipment maintenance.
• Provide training and development; ensure adherence to safety protocols and dress code.
