Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center operations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and achievement of KPI targets. You will drive daily performance and maintain high standards across the facility.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, monitor safety and quality, and coordinate with senior leadership to sustain growth and exceptional service. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong coaching and performance management abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and forecast financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain day-to-day operations of the Collision Center to meet KPI targets.
• Coach and empower team members to achieve individual and store goals.
• Oversee safety, dress code, and quality standards in the repair facility.
• Forecast, track, and manage monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
