Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center's day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive KPI achievement, coach staff, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance reviews while coordinating with senior leadership to align operations with company goals.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal and informal performance reviews.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized repair facility.
• Oversee safety gear compliance and dress code.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and trainings.
