Job summary

The role focuses on driving WOW results, coordinating production, and sustaining strong relationships with customers, insurers, and teammates in a dynamic shop environment.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the collision center.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast and track sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction standards.
