Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Honolulu is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center's day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will coach team members, drive KPI and insurance metrics, and maintain high standards of professionalism.

The role oversees budgeting, staff performance reviews, safety, and facility upkeep, while coordinating with senior leadership to deliver outstanding service and growth.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan consistently.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and manage Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Ensure safety gear and dress code compliance by staff.
• Lead daily production meetings and coordinate throughput.
