Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Escondido, CA seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center, deliver a superior customer experience, and drive daily operations in line with our WOW standards. You will coach and empower team members, manage budgets, ensure safety and quality, and align staff with company policies to meet KPI targets and insurance metrics.

This role requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment, post-secondary education, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Provide training for staff and ensure safety standards.
• Open/close facility daily and coordinate production meetings.
