Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Avon, MN is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, manage daily store activities, and ensure KPI and insurance metrics are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll forecast budgets, oversee labor and materials, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan in daily operations.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility and ensure safety protocols.
