• Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Answer incoming calls and route or assist as needed.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Generate repair orders and audit for accuracy.
• Accept payments from guests.
• Update customers on the progress of their vehicle.
