Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in the estimating, body shop, or automotive field
• Ability to handle high volumes of work
• Knowledge of CCC Pathways or CCC One is a plus
• Effective communication with insurance companies and customers

Responsibilities

• Estimate repair costs of damaged auto bodies based on visual inspection
• Work with insurance companies to manage customer claims
• Enter itemized estimates on job orders and explain estimates to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
