Job summary

AutoNation Collision Center in Plano, TX is seeking a Collision Administrator to support front-office operations and assist the Collision Manager. You will handle calls, greet customers, schedule appointments, and manage documents and invoices, ensuring accurate data for estimators and timely payments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and direct or take messages as necessary.
• Ensure all documents are accounted for during repair process and file completed file.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments using dealership-approved forms.
• Prepare all vendor invoices and assign PO numbers as necessary.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data for collision center estimators.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index at or above dealer/manufacturer average.
• Obtain customer's signature on repair order and provide copy.
• Receive invoices and match with unpaid insurance invoices before payment.
• Post funds received to the appropriate repair order and prepare deposits.
