Job summary

Phil Long Collision Center in Colorado Springs is seeking an Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will diagnose and prepare repair estimates for insurance partners and customers in an accurate, thorough, and profitable manner, while aligning with company guidelines and communicating the value Phil Long provides to achieve a high closed sales ratio.

You will greet customers, explain the repair process, coordinate with production, manage supplements and deposits, and follow up on estimates.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school, or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in auto collision estimating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain repair options and process to insurance partners and customers.
• Prepare repair estimates and manage supplements, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
• Coordinate with Production and follow up on 24-48 hour unsold estimates and appointments.
• Document communications and repair details in the estimating system and ROME.
