Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Frederick, Colorado is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator who writes accurate repairs and sells the repair value to customers. You’ll inspect vehicles, analyze damage, write complete repair plans, and secure supplements to keep jobs moving.

You’ll coordinate with insurers, producers, and customers to deliver timely updates, drive repairs through final delivery, and contribute to shop sales and performance with strong communication and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Previous collision repair estimating experience is required.
• Ability to convert estimates into repair opportunities and to drive sales.
• Strong knowledge of damage analysis, blueprinting, and insurance claims.
• Experience with CCC ONE or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Convert estimates into scheduled repairs and manage supplements.
• Build relationships with customers from first conversation.
• Write complete and accurate repair plans.
• Inspect vehicles, analyze damage, and blueprint repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians, insurance, and customers to move repairs forward.
• Monitor repairs, address delays, and maintain documentation.
