Job summary

Scharmach Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Estimator in Fife, WA. You will welcome customers, guide them through the repair process, and learn to create repair estimates using CCC ONE software.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, accuracy, and teamwork with technicians and insurers. Day-to-day duties include scheduling, documenting repairs, following procedures, and maintaining a professional front office.

• Assist with insurance claim information and customer paperwork.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and company processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer and industry training.

Pay range is $25.00 - $30.00 an hour
