You will help manage paint department workflows, purchase orders, and production scheduling to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager with daily shop operations and production workflow.
• Coordinate all sublet repairs including scheduling, transportation, vendor communication, and completion follow-up.
• Create and track purchase orders for sublet work and other production-related expenses.
• Manage paint department workflow, priorities, and completion dates.
• Monitor vehicles throughout production and address delays or workflow concerns.
• Communicate priorities and repair timelines with technicians, estimators, parts personnel, and vendors.
• Confirm completed sublet work and ensure invoices and documentation are received.
• Help maintain an organized, productive, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Production Manager to support shop operations.
