Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of collision repair estimating or blueprinting experience.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Proven negotiation skills with insurance companies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and OEM specs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive communication with parts and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technicians during teardown to write accurate repair estimates.
• Research and apply OEM repair procedures to ensure proper repairs.
• Identify and communicate parts issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the production team to maintain timelines.
• Meet with insurance field adjusters to review plans and approvals.
• Negotiate with insurance companies for fair compensation.
• Oversee technicians to ensure 100% vehicle teardowns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
