Job summary

Beaman Toyota Collision Center is seeking Collision Center Advisors to join our award-winning, high-volume service team. The role involves greeting customers, assessing vehicle damage, and preparing accurate estimates while coordinating with insurance providers.

We offer a structured workweek Monday through Friday with opportunities for training and advancement within Hudson Automotive Group, a multi-state dealer network.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service Experience Required
• Previous Body Shop Estimator Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
• Walks around the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the damages and prior damage.
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Verifies Insurance claim information before starting repairs.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the process daily.
