Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an experienced Collision Center Estimator to join the body shop team at our state-of-the-art facility. You will greet customers, inspect damaged vehicles, and prepare accurate repair estimates while coordinating with insurance adjusters to ensure smooth claims.

The role requires 3+ years in collision estimating or insurance adjusting, strong communication skills, and a dependable, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision estimating or insurance adjusting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes.
• Organized, detail-oriented and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and vendors with professionalism and care.
• Inspect damaged vehicles and create accurate repair estimates.
• Prepare detailed reports and calculate parts/labor costs.
• Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
