Job summary

Beaman Toyota Collision Center, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is hiring a Collision Center Advisor in Nashville, TN. The position supports a busy, high-volume service team with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend work.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting vehicle issues, writing repair orders, estimating costs, coordinating appointments, and communicating progress and changes clearly with customers and insurers.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service Experience Required
• Previous Body Shop Estimator Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Taking pictures of the vehicles
• Schedules service appointments
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information
• Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order
• Walks around the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the damages and prior damage
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Verifies Insurance claim information before starting repairs
• Verifies payments and proper documentation from the Insurance Co.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the process daily
• Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
