Job summary

The Boyd Group in Eagle Lake, FL is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform meticulous vehicle repairs and restoration to factory pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish vehicles while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship, plus the ability to read orders and lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of tools and repair procedures for vehicle bodies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble components with attention to quality.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Weld, repaint, and ensure workmanship meets KPIs.
• Complete work orders within time guidelines and inspect finished work.
