Zusammenfassung

The American Heart Association in Collin County, TX is seeking a Development Manager to drive fundraising efforts, cultivate partnerships, and engage volunteers, with revenue responsibility up to $200,000 annually. This hybrid role requires travel around Collin County and some evenings; you will work with the Executive Director and support Heart Ball and Go Red campaigns.

You will leverage Salesforce/Greater Giving and other tools to track donations and sponsor relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of relevant fundraising, sales, or related field experience.
• University/College degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel locally throughout Collin County ~75% of the time; weekly travel to Irving.
• Ability to lift/move large objects as needed.
• Basic knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Generate revenue and lead volunteers for the Collin County campaigns and event logistics.
• Identify, cultivate, and engage new corporate and community partners to expand fundraising impact.
• Conduct meetings with volunteers, donors, and partners to identify opportunities and strengthen engagement.
• Develop relationships with volunteers, sponsors, and community leaders.
• Assist the Executive Director in developing sponsorship proposals.
• Represent the American Heart Association at networking events and community activities (some evenings).
• Coordinate event logistics and support planning for fundraising events.
