Zusammenfassung

The American Heart Association in Collin County is seeking a Development Manager to expand fundraising efforts and strengthen community and corporate relationships. This hybrid role supports the Executive Director and oversees campaigns, including Heart Ball and Go Red for Women, with an individual revenue responsibility up to $200,000 annually.

You will recruit and engage volunteers, build corporate and community partnerships, orchestrate events, and manage donor data and reports.

Qualifikationen

• University/College degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field.
• Ability to travel locally throughout Collin County approximately 75% of the time, including weekly travel to the Irving office.
• Must have at least basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift and/or move large objects and assist with event setup as needed.

Aufgaben

• Generate revenue and lead volunteers for Collin County campaigns and event logistics.
• Identify, cultivate, and engage new corporate and community partners to expand fundraising impact.
• Conduct meetings with volunteers, donors, and partners to identify opportunities and strengthen engagement.
• Develop relationships with volunteers, sponsors, and key community leaders.
• Assist the Executive Director in developing sponsorship proposals.
• Recruit and retain volunteers, including executive leaders.
• Represent the Association at events to increase awareness and engagement (evenings may be required).
