Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director to lead Collibra solution architecture and platform delivery for the CBS Data Office. You will define strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmaps, coordinating across business, data, risk, and technology stakeholders to enable metadata management, data quality, and governance capabilities.

You will drive onboarding of data domains into Collibra, oversee integration patterns, and provide technical leadership to delivery teams in a global, matrix

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data management, governance, information architecture, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years designing or leading enterprise Collibra solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS, IS, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define Collibra platform strategy, architecture, standards, roadmap, and delivery approach.
• Lead enterprise Collibra initiatives from concept to implementation and ensure adoption and operational sustainability.
• Provide architecture direction to CBS stakeholders and communicate decisions, risks, and value to leadership.
• Define target architecture, platform roadmap, integration patterns, and release approach for Collibra.
• Onboard CBS functions, data products, systems, and use cases into Collibra with operating model alignment and testing.
