Job summary

EY in Minneapolis seeks an Associate Director, Collibra Solution Architect & Platform Lead to define platform strategy and governance for Collibra within the CBS Data Office. You will lead architecture, roadmap, and delivery across data governance, metadata, data quality, and policy enablement.

You’ll partner with business, risk, security, and technology stakeholders to translate governance needs into scalable solutions, mentor delivery teams, and oversee integrations with enterprise data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with 8+ years in data governance/architecture.
• Current Collibra certification and hands-on implementation experience are required.
• Experience leading enterprise Collibra initiatives across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define Collibra target architecture, platform roadmap, design principles, integration patterns, and release approach.
• Lead solution design for glossary, metadata catalog, data ownership/stewardship, lineage, quality, workflow, reference data, and traceability use cases.
• Onboard CBS functions, data products, systems into Collibra with operating model alignment and adoption efforts.
• Translate governance/security requirements into actionable designs and deployment plans.
• Provide architecture oversight for Collibra integrations with enterprise data platforms and data quality tools.
